Our server suffered a hard drive failure on Monday, April 26, 2021, by 11:08am. All effort to restore the server was not successful. This resulted in a service outage for several hours. Our technician recommended that the only option to rebuild the entire infrastructure using the available backup data. This has been ongoing. Clients can now renew their SIM Hosting on the My Servers page. The units billed are at a flat rate of conversion of N1.85/unit.
