Our SIM hosting service requires that you as a user have a registered Airtel SIM hosted on our server from which you can send your promotional SMS to all phone numbers. So who provides the SIM? You or SmartSMS?

You i.e the service user will have to provide the SIM card to use for the setup. This SIM must be ‘in-credit’ and all other operator’s terms must be met to ensure the SIM remains active. These terms include making sure the SIM is fully registered.

You can decide to terminate the hosting at any time and request for your SIM, if there is ever a need for that.
