WHO WILL PROVIDE THE SIM?

The SMS user i.e you will have to provide the SIM card to use for the setup. This SIM must be ‘in-credit’ and all other operator’s terms must be met to ensure the SIM remains active. You can decide to terminate the hosting at any time and request for your SIM.
HOW DO I GET THE SIM TO YOU?

Once you’ve purchased the SIM and done the necessary registration process, you can forward the SIM to us using a courier service close to you. You can contact us for assistance on how to go about this if need be. We also arrange for our agents to do pickup of SIM from time to time.
HOW RELIABLE IS THE SERVICE?
We can assure you that the service is very reliable. We provide a 99.99% availability. Hardware based SIM hosting is reliant on 3 things, which are; IP connectivity, power and local cell tower signal. While we cannot influence the latter, we have both backup IP connectivity and power. You can trust the reliability.
CAN I RECEIVE CALLS?
While you cannot possibly receive calls on the dedicated SIM, you can setup call forwarding. You will have to do this on the SIM before you send it to us. The setup for this and all the costs incurred will be between you and your network provider. There is a ‘forward to skype’ service though which is not billed.
CAN I TERMINATE THE SERVICE?
Termination of the service can be done upon your request. Once the processes for the termination are completed, your SIM card will be returned to you.
